How to design a custom Fender Hook
Consider all the options
Before considering made-to-order fender hangers, we suggest looking at our Round Fender Hook and Oval Fender Hook. If our standard sizes aren’t what you need, we can create any size Fender Hook for any configuration.
Find the right shape and size
Once you’ve decided to go forward with custom fender hangers, we will mail you our template-making package and work closely with you to find the right size and shape for your Fender Hooks.
Choose the coating
We use a sturdy and durable base material: 3/16” x 4” aircraft grade aluminum to build our Fender Hooks. You can choose to coat the base with a 1/8” plastisol coating or powder coating.
Love the details
The inner side of all custom Fender Hooks is lined with a 1/8” thick felt. Unlike the sheep wool used on leather fender hangers, our felt lining will dry quickly once wet and won’t discolor or hold dirt.
Completely Customizable
