We will happily accept returns, no questions asked, within 10 days of your receiving any of our products. Just e-mail us at Orders@YachtInnovations.com for a RMA #. Unfortunately, we can not pay for shipping on returned items.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We will gladly refund you the full puchase price, minus our original shipping cost, of any product you purchased from us within 10 days of your receiving it for any reason providing it's in like new condition. Unfortunately, we can not refund the shipping cost you incurred to retun the product. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

All of our products come with a 90 day manufacturers warranty againt defects and/or workmanship. If you experience a problem with any of our products during its warranty period, please contact us at Info@YachtInnovations.com so we may asscess the problem and repair or replace it. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us and related cost, and we will ship you a new item if we are unable to repair the defective one.
